UK-US Friendship Day

The Washington Nationals are excited to partner with the British Embassy and the British Defence Staff in the US to host our third annual UK-US Friendship Day at Nationals Park!

UK-US Friendship Day is a fantastic display of enduring UK-US ties and British culture. Highlights include:

• Nationals Park will transform into "Little London", adorned with Union Jack banners
• Pregame flyover by US and UK military aircraft to mark the 80th anniversary of D-Day
• Up-close view of an Aston Martin D12, 007’s car brand of choice
• Photo op with an iconic British telephone booth
• Scottish bagpipes live performance
• UK-themed games and the chance to win an assortment of prizes, courtesy of the International Spy Museum, Brompton Bikes and The Jefferson Hotel
